Medicare Brace Talk
This is a very simple program to use and it will generate future Medicare leads, final expense sales, and some sales from the braces themselves, which pay up to $200 for knee and back brace. Today, somebody is running TV commercials on the knee braces, so there is a public awareness of the product. The braces are a strong lead generation tool.

Door Knocking
Running the "T". Generate 2-3 free leads with every appointment that you run. Call on both neighbors and the house across the street and say something like this: "Hello, I was just helping Mrs. Jones next door with her final expenses to make sure that she does not leave the burden to her family. I just wanted to see if anybody has helped you before." If they say that already have insurance, tell them that many times you can get them more insurance for less money and that it never hurts to put a second pair of eyes on it. One thing is for sure, if you never ask, you'll never sell them.
There is a common misconception among agents. Too many agents think that it is beneath them to cold call. They simply do not realize how many of the really high producers don't have a problem with it. We've found that the really good agents don't mind talking to strangers. After all, the only difference between a lead and a door knock is you know their name first. If that is your worry, go to www.whitepages.com and go to "reverse address" and you can find out the names of who lives at a given address. Just remember, that the high producers have the grit and determination to work a full week and not to come home empty handed. If you want it bad enough, knock on doors. The pros sure do.
